Looks like a coolant leak. Our Jeeps donā€™t use green coolant like a lot of cars it is gold/clear mix that with any corrosion/rust in the system and you get that brown sludge. Check all your hoses, radiator and water pump. Also our radiators are made with plastic sides that have a tendency for failure I know cause mine failed.
