I need to buy a lot of trucks (around 40) and I want them to be the same truck with same paint, which I know you can already keep the same paint buy hitting purchase each time. How many do you have to buy by finding them as you drive around before you can just use the "Garage Purchase" button? At the moment it's greyed out and says I have to find garages and purchase them. i discovered all of them in every city.. that will be future in 1.35 looks like.. once u discover them u can buy them from menu witch is really great

Buy a garage in a good hub city and move there. (There are tutorials on how to do this, but hint, you have to move the truck first, then yourself) Once you've moved, sell your starting garage. Buy your second (and third, if you can afford it) trucks and put them there. Buy the junk Ivecos for your fleet trucks, at least at first.
you are right about that the garage have to be emty, so first you haveto locate your trucks and drivers to other garages first. Or you can simple fire your drivers and then sell your trucks there, then then the bottom to sell the garage shows up in the menu on the photo in the top left corner. #3.
However you can turn at much higher speeds in ATS due to more stable trucks (wheel positions), while in ETS you would probably flip them. Even though they follow the same formula, they do play somewhat different to keep it fresh. So if you do enjoy driving trucks and have some spare dosh, go for it.

Each of the gearboxes has a different gear ratio. You can always see values for the first and last gear ratio, e.g. 11:0.77:3,4.Simply put: a higher first number of a gear ratio lets your truck start moving easier with huge weight (more power); a lower number in the last transmission ratio lets your truck go faster (of course, this depends on engine's power and trailer's weight).
There is a small extra profit of approx. 1% by using your own trailer instead of borrowed trailers, but remember that you also have to pay for maintenance and repairs of the trailer. Let’s look at the economy in one of the jobs I have tested with my own trailer. For the experiment, I bought a new curtain side trailer that costs by default.
